Figma Templates / Motion / Front-End

Yohana is a brand focused on helping families manage the complexity of everyday life through thoughtful services and support. My role focused on motion design, front-end production, and building Figma design systems to support consistent brand application across internal and external communications.

I worked on reusable templates, scalable visual structures, and practical tools that helped both designers and non-designers use the brand more efficiently. The result was a system that made everyday production faster, cleaner, and more consistent.

Defining the Brand Character

At the start of the project, the brand had no clear motion language or reusable template structure. Working closely with the Creative Director, I helped build both from the ground up — translating the brand direction into motion principles, scalable templates, and reusable Figma components that teams could actually use in day-to-day production. The result was a more expressive and practical system that made the brand easier to apply across presentations, marketing assets, and digital communications.

Front-End Build

I collaborated closely with the Creative Director on the website, where she led the visual design and I built the experience from scratch on the front end. My work included translating the design into reusable components, implementing motion and JSON-based animation, integrating video, and making sure the final site worked as a cohesive and scalable digital system.

Email Template System

Working closely with the Creative Director and Art Director, we built a modular email template system for campaigns and product updates. My role focused on translating that direction into reusable templates and practical structures that helped marketing teams move faster while maintaining brand consistency across day-to-day production.

Featured Offers in Practice

Working closely with the Creative Director, I collaborated directly with the marketing and customer teams to translate offer strategy into visual assets that could be used clearly and consistently across the experience. My role was hands-on in Figma, where I built and updated layouts, supported content changes, selected photography, and shaped the presentation of featured offers in a way that felt both practical and on-brand.

This was less about defining the strategy itself and more about turning that direction into something teams could actually use. The work required speed, judgment, and constant iteration, helping keep featured content current while making the overall experience feel more polished, consistent, and easy to maintain.

The Email Series

Working closely with the Creative Director, I built a series of email templates in Figma to support onboarding and ongoing communication with new subscribers. The system was designed to make the emails easier to scale, easier to update, and more consistent across content variations, while giving the team a flexible structure for future campaigns.
Conclusion

Making the Brand Work

This project brought together several parts of my practice: motion design, template systems, and front-end production. Working closely with the Creative Director, I helped turn brand direction into practical structures that could support everyday use across communications, campaigns, and digital touchpoints. More than a collection of assets, the work created a clearer and more scalable way for the brand to operate over time.
